We provide twenty premium 8ft by 30in banquet tables and 150 elegant oak folding chairs at no additional cost. Also available are 6 high-top cocktail tables for versatile event layouts.
Professional Lighting
The venue features 16 professional uplights throughout the space, plus hardwired outdoor patio lighting to create the perfect ambiance for both indoor and outdoor celebrations.
Convenient Parking
Limited private parking is available directly adjacent to the venue. Additional free street parking can be found on nearby Halsted and Armitage streets for guest convenience.
Music & Entertainment
Live music and DJ services are welcome at Century Manor until midnight, allowing you to celebrate well into the evening while respecting our neighborhood community.

We work exclusively with our curated list of approved vendors to ensure consistent quality and service standards that match Century Manor's commitment to excellence.
Storage Solutions
Limited on-site storage is available for event materials and decorations. Please coordinate storage needs in advance, especially for consecutive event bookings.
